Friday, May 17th 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday, May 18th 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Dive deep into the ancient art of painting on water and pull your own one of a kind, mesmerizing prints. This workshop begins Friday night with the preparation of paper for marbling using alum so that the colors stay on the page followed by a suminagshi opportunity, time permitting.
Saturday will see students learn the types of marbled patterns that were once heavily guarded secrets and explore their hand at pulling their own designs to take home.
The instructor brings all materials necessary to the class. Please be advised that marbling is a messy sport, and dress appropriately.
Marbling is a great adventure to have with a friend! Sign up together and you each save $20.
All Classes are held at Editions, located at 6520 5th Ave S #114 Seattle, WA 98108. Go through the red door (or big white door if it’s open) and turn right past the blacksmiths.

Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals 15 or more days before the beginning of a workshop will receive a full refund of tuition and supply fee, minus a $25 processing charge.
Withdrawals 4-14 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% refund of tuition and supply fee, minus a $25 processing charge.
No refunds are possible for withdrawals 3 or fewer days in advance of the first day of class, or for no-shows.
Exceptions to this policy are only made for documented medical emergencies.
