Traveler's Coptic Sketchbook
Softcover Coptic Bookbinding Workshop
Saturday, February 17th, 2024
11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Create a blank book for sketching or journaling with a structure that opens flat easily. The softcover structure holds up well enough to handle being in the field but does not weigh the user down as much as a hardcover would. Participants will prepare the covers, then assemble textblocks and sew the book with a pocket inside the back cover.
Bookbinding is a great adventure to have with a friend! Sign up together and you each save $25.
The double needle coptic stitch creates identical, beautiful braid-like stitches across an exposed spine. T
