Criss-Cross Binding
Criss-Cross Binding
AKA The Secret Belgian Binding
Sunday, March 17th, 2024
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Crisscross binding was developed by Anne Goy in the 1980s and has been popularized in the US by Hedi Kyle as the Secret Belgian binding. It has seen many variations develop from it’s three-piece cover framework and works well as a sketchbook or journal since the cover lays flat and can even be folded against itself. We will guide participants through the process of making their own book with finished dimensions of 6.5”x4”x3/4”
