This class will equip students with the process of making the stab binding which is the basis for many other bindings. We will go over the traditional method and familiarize ourselves with how different materials will offer unique problems and solutions to the format. Everyone will complete their own binding and be able to experiment on their own.
Recommended tools to bring if possible:
-Awl
-Utility knife or X-acto blade
-Scissors
-Pencil
-Ruler
-Brush for gluing
-Cutting Mat
Provided Resources:
Paper
Book Board
Glue
All Classes are held at Editions, located at 6520 5th Ave S #104 Seattle, WA 98108. Ring the doorbell or contact Kevin for entry. If the door is open, turn left and we’re just under the stairs.

Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals 15 or more days before the beginning of a workshop will receive a full refund of tuition and supply fee, minus a $25 processing charge.
Withdrawals 4-14 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% refund of tuition and supply fee, minus a $25 processing charge.
No refunds are possible for withdrawals 3 or fewer days in advance of the first day of class, or for no-shows.
Exceptions to this policy are only made for documented medical emergencies.
